Changeroom Coaching helps you observe how relational pressures and dynamics impact you, notice patterns in your behaviour, and define how you want to show up differently. It draws on a theory of human behaviour called Bowen Family Systems Theory to help you see forces driving your behaviour which might be outside your awareness.

Supervision
Grow your emotional and relational maturity so you can be more effective, healthy and faithful in your work and ministry.
Changeroom Supervision invites you to pause and reflect on your work and ministry practice. It has three main functions: it helps you grow, it provides support and it calls you to be faithful and ethical in your role, for your sake and for the sake of those you serve. Changeroom Supervision draws on Bowen Family Systems Theory.

Changeroom Teams works with staff teams and groups from churches, schools and colleges to help you develop a more mature culture that is clear, calm and connected. We offer a wide range of services from one-off workshops to more intensive and ongoing support via coaching, supervision, consulting and reading groups. We would love to understand the needs of your group so we can tailor an approach that is right for you. Drawing on robust theory and Matt’s personal experience as a coach, supervisor, pastor and researcher, Changeroom Talks provides a clear and coherent theoretical foundation for understanding human behaviour in a way that ignites curiosity, invites audience members to do their own thinking and allows them to take responsibility for their own growth.
